I can’t go to Limerick City without flying in to Penneys for few bits. And my winnings from the House and Home December photo challenge ( €500 voucher for Penneys) are still going strong, although I am down to the last €100 . Sad times.
I needed a few things to brighten up my study space and so popped in with a plan and a list.
I was delighted to see the copper wire shelf unit was still there, perfect with my upcycled desk lamp. And notebooks and a journal for getting all those thoughts down on paper.
I had made linen panels for the room last year but with the navy walls I think the whole look was dark and heavy in such a small room. So I picked up the pom pom edged voile panel to try it out. This cotton basket makes a super plant pot, with a saucer in the bottom of course.
It just took a few small, inexpensive changes to make the space lighter and brighter and lets hope it’s a more creative space for me to work in. Overall spend was less than €50.
